What we collect
When you send a consultation request or contact us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number or email, and the information about your gift, event or order.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and mock-ups, and fulfil orders you confirm. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Storage and security
Enquiries are stored securely in our management system and are only accessible to authorised Hadez staff. WhatsApp conversations are governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Analytics
We may collect anonymous usage data (such as which samples are viewed) to improve the catalogue. This does not identify you personally.

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hadezessentialhub@gmail.com.
